Heather, dubbed Mucca for her porn star past, was said to have lashed out after a court awarded her £24.3million of her ex-hubby’s fortune.

The amount was less than a fifth of what she’d demanded.

And as the hearing ended, witnesses said Mucca calmly strode over to lawyer Fiona Shackleton and soaked her.

The brief, dubbed Shacka, had arrived at London’s High Court with a neat bouffant at 10.15am.

She left looking bedraggled at 1.50pm.

Heather, 40, refused to admit pouring the water, which judge Mr Justice Bennett could have viewed as contempt.

But she laughingly boasted that Ms Shackleton, 51, had been “baptised in court” — and a source confirmed to The Sun that she was behind the attack.

A witness said: “Heather tipped the water over Fiona’s head.

“She didn’t throw it. It was cool, calm and collected. It trickled down Fiona’s neck.

“She waited until the hearing was over. The judge would have taken a very dim view of it if he’d seen it.”

Heather — mum to 65-year-old Macca’s daughter Beatrice, four — went on to slam the blonde solicitor in a bizarre statement on the steps of the court.

She said: “Fiona Shackleton has very sadly handled this case in the worst manner you can ever, ever imagine.

“She has called me many, many many names before even meeting me when I was in a wheelchair.”

One-legged Heather had hoped to land a £125million settlement after a bitter 22-month divorce battle with Beatles legend Sir Paul.

But she revealed he had offered her a total of only £15.8million.

Neither she or Ms Shackleton could be contacted for comment last night.

Markets worldwide recorded heavy losses in reaction to the emergency bailout of US investment bank Bear Stearns over the weekend.
Wall Street had a rollercoaster day, with the benchmark Dow Jones average ending in positive territory - up 0.18% - after tumbling in early trading.

European shares suffered most, with the UK's FTSE 100 index ending down 3.9%.

Investors fear that the collapse of one of Wall Street's biggest names means that the credit crunch is escalating.

Rate cut expected

In a further attempt to calm credit markets and ward off a recession, the Federal Reserve is expected to cut its key interest rate by an unprecedented one percentage point when it meets on Tuesday.

This would be on top of Sunday's move to reduce its separate discount rate - the interest rate at which it lends to commercial banks - from 3.5% to 3.25%

The Fed is desperately trying to restore confidence in the banking sector.

As the economy worsens, banks and financial institutions are calling in loans and becoming increasingly reluctant to lend money to borrowers, particularly those considered to be high risk.

Bear Stearns got into trouble when other banks refused to lend it money over fears that it had too many bad debts due to the sub-prime mortgage crisis.

It is not the parent who I feel sorry for (who obviously brought their miserable life upon themselves) but the child.

Most of these single parents are young women or girls. aged 15-21. Personally I find it disgusting how somebody so young and irresponsible can be allowed to keep their child.

I personally feel that when somebody around the above ages has a child it should be taken away from them, and they should be punished. Either community service or jail time. Preferably jail time.

To bring another life into this world so carelessly is an absolutely terrible thing to do and should be completely illegal.

Home education is wrong.

We all know that education is compulsory, but going to school isn't, that is why so many careless and lazy parents decide to home educate their unfortunate children.

Why might a parent decide to home educate you ask? Surely it's less hassle to just send him or her to school and get them off your hands for the day? No it isn't and before I explain why, lets take a look at some of the reasons a parent may choose to home educate.

- Lazyness. Yes unfortunately lazyness runs through society and the simple fact of the matter is that many parents just cannot be bothered to wake up and send their child to school, they would rather just forget about it all.

- Single parents. In most cases it is the single mother mother who chooses to home educate. As we all know single mothers were the type of people who had a bad childhood and so feel the need to 'get revenge' and so they do this by home educating their child (ie: not educating them at all.) There has actually been a lot of research into this.

- Attention Seeking. Like lazyness, attention seeking unfortunately runs throught society. Some people feel the need to home educate - just to be different.

Everything associated with home education is negative. You can not gain a quality education from home, you must go to school. Parents must realise this. There are several campaigns running that are anti home education.

The bottom line is, children need quality education as they are the next generation. There is no way a child can get a decent education from learning at home.

The statistics show;

-That 1 in 3 children who were home educated will earn less than 22,000 per year
-1 in 3 parents who decide to home educate their children had a troubled childhood.
-87.3% of children who were home educated wish they had gone to school
-Over 70% of children who are being home educated weren't given the choice.
